Management of central London apartments and buildings. Duties: support the daily operations by performing administrative tasks, organising property check in and out, cleaning, also inspecting property conditions and recording maintenance work.
Requirements: maintain, organise and update resident (building) files and records.
Report any problems or issues to the property manager.
Preferable: experience in Microsoft Office, basic bookkeeping skills, good English
Self-employed position, £11-13 depends on experience. Work at home and site visits.
