Qualita is an established wholesaler of cabinet furniture for major High Street players within the UK and abroad. Our factory is based in Lithuania and we have a dedicated customer support team working from our office in Battersea, London. We are currently looking for a hard-working, self-motivated candidate to join our team in Battersea.
Responsibilities:
• Managing delivery schedules and solving potential customer issues. Delegating work to delivery staff and managing their workload and delivery schedules.
• Using a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of product supply to customers.
• Assisting colleagues in responding to customer enquiries and complaints.
Skills required:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly used office packages.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
• A problem-solving approach to work.
• The ability to manage your workload and supervise others concurrently.
Preferred skills:
• Good written and oral communication in both English and Lithuanian languages.
Schedule:
• 5 days per week including weekend shifts.
Experience:
• Previous experience in customer service.
